Before you can request a cashout of your rakeback you must add (set up) the payout accounts that you would like us to pay your rakeback to. For example, moneybookers, neteller and/or your Full Tilt account.

To add a payout account, click here or click on "Payout accounts" in the side menu and then click to add a new payout account. Select the account type from the list and then provide the details requested so that a transfer can be done to your account.
Once you have added your payout accounts, you can now request a cashout by completing these steps:
1. Log into your PokerTax account.
2. Click on Request Rakeback Payout from the side menu.
3. On this page, enter the amount of rakeback you would like to cashout. Note that on the right side of the amount field, you will see amount next to the word max in brackets, like: (max $74.46). This shows you the maximum amount of rakeback that you cashout at this point in time. Therefore, enter an amount at or below the max.
4. Select the payout account that you wish to receive your rakeback payment to using the drop down menu. Note that in the drop down menu, the payout accounts listed will have an amount in brackets next to the word min, like (Min: $50.00). This is the minimum amount that you can cashout to this particular payout account.
5. Add a comment if required (not necessary).
6. When the details are complete, click Send Request. This will send an email to us and we will process your request as soon as possible. If your cashout cannot be processed for some reason, your cashout request will be declined and we will inform you of the reasons.
7. When your Payout Request has been processed, you will be notified by email. If your payout request goes unanswered or if your payout request is processed, but the money does not arrive in your payout account within a reasonable timeframe (for instance 12 hours), please do not hesitate to contact us.
